What I Stand For
A Real Long-Term Plan
Long-term planning is too important to treat as a temporary project. I support creating a permanent Strategic Planning Committee—made up of residents and committee members—that keeps us focused on future needs and goals well beyond 2030.
A formal committee charter with rotating membership
Quarterly progress updates and clear milestones
Input from all property owners—full-time, part-time, and non-resident—not just board members
A plan that grows with us—not one that expires

Land Conservation and Community Character
We have a responsibility to preserve what makes Whisper Lake special—not pave over it. I’m proposing a Community Preservation Plan to:
Identify and protect key undeveloped areas
Balance responsible building with our natural surroundings
Promote community input in land use decisions

True Transparency and Communication
As a member of the Communications Committee, I’ve worked to improve how we connect with members. As President, I’ll go further:
Share meeting agendas in advance—and stick to them
Plan meetings several months out and publish a working calendar to help residents stay involved and future boards stay on track
Invite Committee Chairs to report regularly
Record meetings and post them for anyone who can’t attend
Hold quarterly “Community Conversations” to keep the dialogue going
Financial Responsibility—Without Gimmicks
We can’t always know what the future will bring—but we can choose how we handle it. For me, that means being transparent, responsible, and open every step of the way.
If I’m elected, here’s what you can expect:
I’ll advocate for a spending cap that requires a membership vote for larger financial decisions—adding transparency and accountability.
I’ll be upfront about the financial picture, even when things are uncertain
I’ll explain the why behind every decision, not just the outcome
And I’ll keep a close eye on waste, working to make sure dues are used wisely
A Full-Time Voice at the Table
I live here full-time. I see what’s working and what’s not—and I’m here to listen, respond, and follow through. Whether you're a weekend visitor or year-round resident, your voice matters.
Let’s build something better together.
