  • We map the key flows (intake → fulfillment → follow-ups) and pick the highest-impact fixes first.

    Output: a 2–4 week action plan.

  • Tighten configs, remove redundancies, automate simple tasks, and document changes as we go.

    Output: visible progress in days, not months.

  • Final pass on SOPs/checklists and owner handoff. If helpful, we roll into a monthly plan.

    Output: smoother ops + clear ownership.
